Catholic Charities Samaritan Center receives federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program Grant administered by the Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council.

Catholic Charities is pleased to announce a grant award of $4,659 from the Federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program - administered by the Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council.  Funds will be allocated to support the Samaritan Center, our transitional housing program in Vero Beach serving homeless families in Indian River County.  

The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council is the Lead Agency of the Homeless Continuum of Care for the Treasure Coast of Florida. Proudly serving the communities of Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. Their mission is to prevent and end homelessness on the Treasure Coast and to assure that if homelessness happens, it is brief and non-recurring.
